    23 Cox Blvd- Unit 169 . Have stayed in this unit for 5 years . The rent is reasonable . Good - 1) This unit is really big enough for a 4 people household even landlord didn’t offer locker 2) Management is good . 3) parking lot is close to the evaluator. Bad - 1) is located at the lower level which didn’t have enough sunlight. Even in the morning, you have to switch on the light in the house 2) the air circulation is bad in this unit . Only master bedroom is good . I figured that one of the room , the air vent is fake which is block all the air in and out and made the winter is so cold and summer is too hot . On the other hand, the air vent of Den’s room is too good enough which made the winter is too hot and summer is too cold. 3) As this unit is located at the ground floor which facing Highway 7 , you can see it is quite dusty and noisy especially the racing cars engine at the night time 4) Although it has the large glass which give you the view for Highway 7 , but you will found that people can see through the house especially in the night time which makes you feel unsecured. 5) Many false alarm during mid night 6) this unit just beside the lift , so many people passing by, quite noisy sometimes 7) the master bedroom washroom ceiling has been fixed about half year ago due to the toilet leaking from second floor
